Frequently Asked Questions

1: We welcome quality items that have a timeless sense of style. Items not in demand will not be accepted.

2: Walk-in consignors CANNOT be accommodated. Please SCHEDULE a drop-off appointment.

3: All items must be in very good to near mint condition. We only accept items from smoke and pet free homes.

4: Please text or email photos to the shop. We will respond ASAP.

5: Our terms are a 50/50 split with a 90-day time limit. Checks are available on the 1st of each month. You may pick up your check or provide us with a self-addressed stamped envelope.

6: ENCORE Consignment's experience helps us determine the fair market value of each item. We DO NOT reduce the selling prices at scheduled intervals. We reserve the right to fairly discount items and run sale promotions without notice to the consignors.
